(1) Umswakama wempahla eluhlaza uphezulu kakhulu;

(3) Ukugxila kwe-roller yokucindezela kanye ne-shaft eyinhloko akukuhle.
A. Ukufakwa okungalungile kwe-pressure roller bearing kubangela ukuthi isikhumba se-pressure roller sibe ne-eccentric ohlangothini olulodwa;
B. Isikhunta somhlangano we-bevel ne-cone, ibhalansi kanye ne-concentricity ayilungiswanga ngesikhathi sokufakwa;
(4) I-pressure roller bearing iyabanjwa, buyisela i-pressure roller bear.
(5) I-pressure roller isikhumba asiyindilinga, sibuyisela noma silungise isikhumba se-roller pressure; thola isizathu.

B. I-pressure roller ayivalwa ngesikhathi lapho ishelela, futhi i-pressure roller ibambezela isikhathi eside ngenxa yokungqubuzana.
(6) Isondo lokuphotha eligobile ligobile noma liyaxega, buyisela noma qinisa isondo lokuphotha, futhi uhlole isimo sesondo lokuphotha lokucindezela lapho ushintsha isikhunta nesondo lokucindezela;
(7) Indawo yokusebenza yesondo elicindezelayo kanye nendawo yokusebenza yesikhunta ayiqondile ngokuqhathaniswa (uhlangothi lwezintambo), buyisela isondo elicindezelayo, futhi uthole isizathu:
A. Ukufakwa okungalungile kwe-roller yokucindezela;
B. Ukuguqulwa kwe-eccentric shaft yesondo elicindezelayo;
C. I-shaft eyinhloko ethwele noma i-bushing ye-granulator igugile;
D. I-flange ene-tapered reinforced igugile, okuholela ekulayisheni kwesikhunta esiningi.
(8) Igebe eliphakathi kweshaft eyinhloko ye-granulator likhulu kakhulu, futhi i-granulator iyalungiswa ukuze iqinise igebe;
